SynGro announces release of Web Based Survey v3.1 product.
SynGro, a leading provider of customer insight solutions for enhanced business performance today announced that it has released a new version of its Web Based Survey product.
Version 3.1 adds significant functionality to the back-end analytics engine by adding a UK SIC code database. As a part of the initial survey construction, respondents can now be prompted to add their industry SIC code as a part of the demographic information collected. For survey users, this means that survey response data can be segmented according to industry as well as 18 other variables.
"This was always in the build-out plan for WBS..." comments Keith Schorah, SynGro’s Managing Director "...but it wasn’t due for release until later this year. Our development team has responded to requests from our B2B clients for this functionality and like any customer-centric organisation should, we’ve listened to our clients and delivered what they need."
Also included in this release are two planned features – a white label option for the Reseller market that will allow clients to add their own logo to surveys sent out and the ability to add pictures to questions.

"What we’ve done in this latest release is to give WBS users the option to add up to 2 images of a brand logo or a snapshot of their marcoms campaign to any number of survey questions. This allows the agency to provide information back to their client on campaign effectiveness for any media. It’s a key differentiator in winning the pitch in the first place"
