SynGro attended the Customer Experience
Exchange in Monaco last week, where we were able to share our
insights and experience of Voice of the Customer programmes
with senior industry directors across various
Speakers at the event included customer experience champions
from Lego, Orange, Telefonica 02, Cablecom and Zappos.
There was much interesting discussion around the importance of
customer feedback, ways to make companies more customer-centric,
and the importance of having motivated employees who see value
in building their brand and improving the dialogue with their
customers. These are but a few of the topics covered.
