Customer Experience Tops the Agenda at VOC Masterclass

A big thank you to everyone who attended our 'Secrets to Driving Customer Loyalty' masterclass last week, despite the blustery weather conditions in London! 

Attendees were customer experience professionals from various industries, notably banking, insurance, consulting and manufacturing, all with the same goal - to drive customer centricity within their organisations, and to improve the customer experience. 

Some very interesting discussions included the real value of customer loyalty metrics such as NPS, and lively debate about what is done with customer feedback in reality.
