We thought we would end the week by sharing a key tip that
ensures excellent customer service. It's critical in order to be
successful in any customer feedback programme that you embark on
top tip number 5 - to look after the people who look after
your customers. Reward your super hero employees!
Customer Service and other employees have hopefully
delivered a great customer experience throughout this National
Customer Service week and at all other times.
We know that delivering great customer service is important, so
we thought we would take this opportunity to thank our top two
employees for delivering great customer service to our clients! JJ
and Michael are always extremely cheerfull and efficient in
responding to our customers' requests.
They are often on the front line dealing with customer queries
and we are very grateful for thier hard word and dedication!
