Customer Experience Leadership - September 26th 2013

SynGro are happy to once again support Customer Experience Leadership.

The free, full day event will feature a presentation of specially commissioned research conducted by Professor Alan Wilson of the University of Strathclyde on the topic of how CX is escalated to the strategic level within large organisations.

In addition there will be a number of other presentations and think tanks designed specifically to encourage discussion and sharing of knowledge with your peers. This is a private event with attendance limited to individuals with a direct responsibility for customer experience.
