SynGro establishes the Customer Experience Leadership Group

As experts in B2B customer experience management we understand the unique challenges faced in successfully rolling out major programmes. Working with some of the leading customer experience executives we decided it was a fantastic opportuntity to create a group of senior B2B executives each personally responsible for delivering their organisation's customer experience programme.
The Group www.cxleadership.org which is only open to CX professionals, industry executives and leading academics is the perfect way for senior professionals to share best practices, innovations and frustrations in managing international CX programmes. This is to encourage a rich debate and ensure our meeting goes beyond the glossy rhetoric often presented at conferences.
Guided by Chatham House rules, our Group is designed to add direct value to your own CX role with members sharing detailed presentations, involvement in panel discussions and active participation in CX think tanks. The sessions are designed to create and share tactical solutions to current CX B2B challenges.
Currently the Group connects more than 200 of Europe's top B2B CX leaders.
