National Customer Service Week – Tip #3

Share findings from customer feedback enterprise-wide. This will enable best operating practice to be shared amongst all employees to ensure they learn from previous customer experiences and strive for continual business improvement.

Your challenge for customer service week – can you think of something you have done well for a customer and make sure you pass it on or record it for others to follow in future? Even if it’s about a complaint, did you create a new process to solve a problem quickly and effectively? Why not make it as easy as possible for colleagues to share that knowledge, making customers happy in the process with an even more efficient customer service delivery!

Create a knowledge sharing platform that is accessible to all employees. Help them to learn the best way to deal with customers. Learn the best practice approach to dealing with different scenarios. Focus all employees on the customer, create a customer centric culture, and make life easier for both employees and customers.
